Delivery Charges Within Australia
We have a flat rate of $9.95 on ALL orders up to MAX 3kgs to ANYWHERE in Australia - Fastways only.(NB. NOT INCL PO Boxes)
For specialised orders, or Express Post Overnight, up to 3kgs in weight, postage is $13.95 Australia-wide. (INCL PO BOXES)
For orders above 3kg but under 5kg - Express Post Overnight, postage is $23.95. (INCL PO BOXES)
* NB. The FREE DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $149 STRICTLY APPLIES TO ORDERS UNDER MAX WEIGHT OF 3kg - and for Fastway Delivery Service only - NO PO BOXES. To apply a $9.95 free freight credit towards Express Post delivery (eg. in the event of a PO Box address, or preference for Express Post) please contact us directly on 1300947941 to arrange.
If ordering online, the final delivery charge will be confirmed during the checkout process before you accept the order and enter your payment details. You may be prompted for additional postage at checkout if your Free Freight for $149 Purchase order is over 3kg or contains more than 2 individual 1kg items. Can contain 2 x 1kg plus other products less than 700gm.
In most cases the generous savings you make on your order will more than exceed any postage charges you may incur, regardless if you take up the $149 free postage offer or not. Additional postage will be prompted at checkout for orders in excess of 3kg. Individual products over 1kg each are limited to 2 items per free freight bag due to size restrictions of the freight bag. Please note, incorrect postage selection at checkout may delay your order. If you are not sure of the postage charge to select at checkout please call us on 1300 947 941 to confirm postage, or to place your order securely over the phone to avoid any confusion.
Please allow up to 3 - 8 working days for delivery once your order has been shipped from our warehouse. In many cases delivery is much quicker (1-3 business days). Weekend and after-hours delivery is not available.
In most cases orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours of receipt/payment. You can speed up your order by paying via credit card, debit card or cash transaction. Cheques or money orders will require extra time as they must clear before order is dispatched.
At this stage we don't deliver over seas. (Australia Only)
Additional Delivery Information
EnergySuperfoods.com uses a combination of Australia Post Express Post and Fastway Courier for deliveries within Australia.
We suggest you provide a business address for delivery if no one is home during business hours.
Please be sure to include the business name in the address information.
If you are not at the specified delivery address to receive the parcel, a card will be left advising you that delivery was attempted. Sometimes cards get lost, so if you believe your parcel should have arrived, please email us and we can follow it up for you. You could also check with your local post office as your parcel may be waiting there.
Please note that Fastway Couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes.
All orders sent to local Gold Coast addresses will be sent by Fastway Courier. In most cases you will receive your parcel the same day or the next day, depending on the time your order is received. Unless specified at ordering by selecting the Aust Post Express option.

Due to health risks associated with tampering, products MAY NOT be returned to EnergySuperfoods.com unless authorised by us.
Product exchanges are available for dispatched orders that are
- Damaged in transit (provided notified withing 8-10hrs of delivery - insurance condition) or
- Sent in error by fault of EnergySuperfoods.com or
- Compromised in any way, for example a broken seal.
EnergySuperfoods.com will resupply your order freight free in these instances upon receipt of the return of the damaged merchandise, and subject to our inspection of the damaged goods.
To assist us, please provide us with the following details;

- Order no
- Product details
- Reason for return
Upon receipt of this information we will advise the preferred method for returning the merchandise.
If the goods are damaged in transit, you must notify immediately (within 8-10hrs) upon delivery so that relevant freight transporter insurance can be invoked.
